凡口铅锌矿井下破碎硐室除尘系统的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对凡口铅锌矿-680破碎硐室作业空间粉尘污染问题,分析破碎设备产尘点,通过设计合理的隔尘和吸尘罩,研发了适合井下破碎硐室除尘的多级共振弦栅板湿式除尘装置,将除尘净化后的风流引入井下循环利用,有效地控制了粉尘的扩散。结果表明:改造后的破碎硐室粉尘浓度符合国家职业卫生标准要求,除尘器总尘效率达99%以上,呼尘效率达97%以上。经除尘净化后风流中的含尘浓度满足井下进风流风质标准。该研究有效地解决了凡口铅锌深部通风量不足的问题。 This paper deals mainly with how to address the dust pollution in the work space of Fankou lead-zinc mine-680 crushing cave.The research underscores the analysis of the dust source zone of crushing equipment,and the design of reasonable dust isolation and dust hood in a way that leads to a wet dust removal device of multilevel resonant grille suitable for the dust removal in underground crushing cave.The results show that the improved crushing cave has the dust concentration up to the requirements of the national occupational health standard;the dust collectors operate with the total dust removal efficiency of above 99%,contributing to the respirable dust removal efficiency of above 97%;the airflow after dust removal and purification has the dust concentration of up to the air quality standard of the underground air supply;and introducing the airflow after dust removal into the underground mine for air recycling could provide an effective control of the dust diffusion.This research could serve as an effective solution to insufficient ventilation occurring in deep Fankou lead-zinc mine.
