摘要
为获得高质量的石墨烯,以天然鳞片石墨为原料、石英砂为球磨介质,采用机械剥离法制备石墨烯纳米粉末。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、高分辨透射电子显微镜和原子力显微镜对石墨烯粉末的表面形貌、结构、片层数及片层厚度进行表征。结果表明,机械剥离法制得的石墨烯粒径为1~10μm,片层厚度为1.5~4.5 nm,层数为1~5。
This paper introduces a research designed for preparing few-layer graphene nano-powders.The study involves selecting crystalline flake graphite as raw material and quartz sand as ball milling media;characterizing the surface morphology,the number of lamellar layers,and the thickness of the lamellar layer of graphene powder using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)and atomic force microscope(AFM).The results show that the mechanical exfoliation could produce graphene with the particle size of 1-10μm,the thickness of about 1.5-4.5 nm,and layers of 1-5.
