摘要
为进一步提高某石油树脂生产废水的生物降解性能和有机污染物去除率,采用O_3/H_2O_2工艺与Fe/C工艺联用预处理该废水,通过单因素和连续运行实验,确定了O_3/H_2O_2-Fe/C工艺的最佳运行条件及方式。结果表明,联用工艺表现出较好的协同作用,其最佳运行方式为废水经O_3/H_2O_2工艺段后直接进入Fe/C工艺段进行处理。在pH 11、O_3投加量2.5 L/min、H_2O_2投加量7 m L/L、水力停留时间1 h的最优条件下,废水COD去除率为66.2%~68.5%,可生化比从0.20提高到0.50~0.55。该工艺可显著改善石油树脂废水的可生化性,并减轻后续生物处理的有机负荷。
This paper highlights an effort to improve the biodegradability and reduce the organic pollutants of petroleum resin wastewater.The research involves treating practical industrial wastewater of petroleum resin using the combination processes of O3/H2O2 oxidation technology and Fe/C micro-electrolysis process as a pretreatment technology;and determining the optimum operating conditions and combined methods by single-factor and continuous operation experiments.The results show that the combination process capable of a better synergistic reaction operates on the optimal operation mode by which,after O3/H2O2 process,the wastewater goes directly into the Fe/C process section for treatment;and the processes offers the wastewater COD removal rate of 66.2%-68.5%and an increase from 0.20 to 0.50-0.55 in biodegradability,as occurs under the optimal conditions of pH 11,O3 addition amount of 2.5 L/min,H2O2 addition amount of 7 mL/L,and hydraulic retention time of 1 h.It follows that the proposed process could enable a significant improvement in the biodegradability of petroleum resin wastewater and a reduction in the organic load of subsequent biological treatment.
