高校“思政课”课堂教学模式改革探索——以哈尔滨金融学院为例

摘要 对分课堂(PAD)是包含教师讲授(P)、学生自学内化(A)、课堂讨论(D)三个环节的一种新型教学模式。作为一种新型教学模式,对分课堂在思想政治理论课教学实践中不仅是可行的,而且有助于增强学生的主动性,在提高学习效果的同时,有助于减轻教师机械教学负担,提高课堂的教学效率,更好地实现思政课教师"双师"作用的发挥,有助于增加生生互动、师生互动交流,有助于提升思政课的教学实效,促进立德树人教育目标的实现。以哈尔滨金融学院思政课为例,展示了"基础课"应用对分课堂的教学实践,分析思想政治理论课应用对分模式的优越性,对对分课堂进行研究探索并初步应用,希望在教师和学生的共同努力下,实现高校"思政课"课堂教学模式的改革,提升课堂教学效果。 The class-division classroom(PAD)is a new type of teaching model consisting of three parts:teachers’lecture(P),students’self-learning internalization(A)and class discussion(D).As a new type of teaching model,the halving classroom is not only feasible in the ideological and political theory teaching practice,but also helps to enhance the student’s initiative.While improving the learning effect,it helps to reduce the mechanical teaching burden of the teacher and improve it.Teaching efficiency in the classroom and better fulfillment of the role of“dual divisions”for ideological and political teachers will help increase interaction between students and students and interaction between teachers and students.It will help improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.This paper demonstrated the teaching practice of the“basic lesson”application of the halving classroom,analyzed the superiority of applying the dichotomy model of the ideological and political theory course,and conducted research and exploration of the halving classroom and preliminary application.With the joint efforts of students,the reform of the classroom teaching mode of“Ideological and Political Education”in colleges will be realized and the effect of classroom teaching will be improved.
