The use of“big data”special management conditions and mechanisms to update the management approach is a management initiative that many colleges and universities attach great importance to.It is based on the full development and use of information technology.In the context of informatized“big data”,university administrators should strengthen the management of special mechanisms,such as scientific adjustment and planning of university libraries in China,updating of library management methods and optimization of libraries layout.The construction and development of university libraries in China will be effectively optimized under the support of“big data”technology.
