摘要
针对中国铁路兰州局集团有限公司铁路运输调度系统间数据共享不力、跨岗位使用困难、耦合度较高等问题,以面向服务、微内核、插件、Open API等技术对调度所相关局、站两级信息系统资源进行深度集成与融合。以构建全面工作质量评价管理体系为抓手,满足各管理、生产岗位个性化、定制化功能需求,使各项工作布置到位、重点监控到位、落实执行到位,有效促进调度整体工作质量与管理水平的全面提升。
According to the poor data sharing,cross post difficult to use,high degree of coupling between railway transportation dispatching system,this article used the technologies of service-oriented,microkernel,plug-in unit,Open API,etc.to integrate and fuse deeply the two level information system resources of railway administration and station in dispatching station.To construct the comprehensive quality evaluation management system as the starting point,meet the personalized and customized functional requirements of management and production posts,the application of railway dispatching integrated management platform could make the work in place,key monitoring in place and implementation in place,effectively improve the overall quality of dispatching work and management level.
