An Analysis of the Variant Example from “Buddha Said the Tathagata”

《大正新修大藏经》[1](后文简称为《大正藏》)中华严部类下所收的《佛说如来兴显经》四卷本在漫长的流传过程中有过诸多版本,这些版本之间存在许多文字上的差异,导致后人因难以辨别其用字的正误而造成阅读障碍。对《佛说如来兴显经》各个版本中的典型异文进行比较分析,进而研究其种类及产生的原因,将使读者更好地理解佛经含义,并为佛经整理提供一定的参考价值。

This paper illustrates and analyzes some variant reading of four volume“Buddha Said That the Tathagata”of the“Taisho Tripitaka”(hereafter referred to as“Taisho”),which has many versions in the long process,and there are many textual differences between these versions,causing the later generations unable to distinguish the right and wrong of the Buddhist scripture.Comparing and analyzing these typical variants,and exploring the species and the causes will help readers understand the meaning of Buddhism better and provide a certain reference value for Buddhist scriptures.
