摘要
高校辅导员培训大多采取"理论讲学""知识灌输""发送接收"等传统培训方式,培训内容较为陈旧,培训方式较为单一。G大学在近几年的辅导员培训中采用"行动学习"法,培训效果十分明显。"行动学习"是一种更具实效性、针对性的培训方式,可为高校辅导员职业能力提升培训途径的探索提供积极的借鉴。
Some traditional ways like“Theory-presentation”,“Knowledge installation”and“Forwarder-receiver”are used to train counsellors in university:the training contents are out of date and the training way is monotonous.“Action Learning”method has been used to train counsellors in recent years inGuniversity,and the efficiency is good.“Action Learning”is an effective and appropriate training way,offering some inspirations for updating the professional ability of counsellors.
