农村幼小衔接存在的误区及改进策略——以湄潭县A幼儿园与B小学为例 被引量:8

摘要 受教师专业素养、家长素质等方面的影响,农村幼小衔接已经成为我国教育发展的"短板"。文章以贵州省遵义市湄潭县的A幼儿园与B小学为例,通过对教师、家长的访谈以及课堂观察等方法,分析农村幼小衔接存在的误区,提出通过幼小教师"一体化"培训、网络媒体的舆论导向、提升家长素质的专业引领等途径,实现幼儿园和小学之间的有效衔接。 Influenced by teacher’s professionalism and parents’quality,the transition from kindergarten to primary school has become a“Short Slab”in the educational development of China.Taking kindergarten A and primary school B as an example,the author of this paper employs interviewbetween teacher and parents and class observation to analyze the misunderstandings in the transition fromkindergartenAto primary schoolB,and then points out that the effective transition fromkindergartenAto primary schoolBcan be realized by means of such methods as“the whole”training between kindergarten teachers and primary school teachers,public orientation of network media,and updating parents’quality.
