摘要
以承德市为例,在构建水资源承载力评价指标体系的基础上,采用主成分分析法,将Copula函数运用到评价方法当中,解决了多元参数求解困难的问题。结果表明,构建的水资源、社会经济、生态环境3个目标层的14个评价指标体系中,提取到3个主成分因子,确定每个主因子的边缘函数线性分布种类,通过计算将水资源承载力综合评价值与水资源承载力临界值进行比较,得到承德市水资源承载力为2级,水资源开发利用仍具有一定潜力。
Taking Chengde City as an example,on the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity,using the principal component analysis method,the Copula function is applied to the evaluation method,which solves the problem of difficulty of solving multiple parameters.The results showed that among the 14 evaluation index systems of the three target levels of water resources,social economy and ecological environment,three principal component factors were extracted and the linear distribution types of each main factor were determined.The comprehensive evaluation value of the bearing capacity is compared with the critical value of the water resources carrying capacity,and the bearing capacity of water resources in Chengde City is 2 grades.The development and utilization of water resources still has some potential.
