摘要
2017年8月3~4日,受第10号台风"海棠"减弱低压和副热带高压的共同影响,大连地区上游普降大到暴雨,暴雨主要发生在英那河流域和碧流河流域,英那河冰峪沟水文站洪峰流量达2270m^3/s,经计算其重现期超过100年一遇洪水标准,为特大洪水。通过该次洪水调查计算,并与2012年8月4日洪水进行了比较,洪量较接近,本次洪水径流系数小于前次。
A heavy rain occurred in Dalian on account of the effects of the weakened Typhoon no.10“Taitang”low and subtropical high on August 3~4,2017.Heavy rain mainly occurs in Yingna River Basin and Biliu River Basin,the peak flow of Yingna River Bingyugou Hydrological Station reaches 2270 m3/s,the over 100-year-recurrence-period flood standard is massive flooding.Through the investigation of the flood and calculation,the flood volume is similar to the flood on August 4,2012,the flood runoff coefficient is less than the previous.
