平原水土流失引发环境生态安全及对策

Plain environment and ecological security caused by water loss and soil erosion and countermeasures

随着我国经济建设项目的增多,大量的生产建设活动造成了人为的水土流失。水土流失在平原地区不但影响生态环境,同时对人们的生命健康也构成严重威胁。针对平原地区水土流失引发的环境生态破坏,提出了治理及讨论,并建议各行业部门,将因生产建设项目造成的破坏生态环境作为重中之重,归入档案管理范畴之中。

Along with the increase in China’s economic construction projects,man-made soil and water loss was caused by a large number of production and construction activities.Soil and water loss in the plain region not only influence the ecological environment,at the same time also pose a serious threat to people’s life and health.For soil and water loss caused by environmental ecological destruction in plain area,put forward the governance and discussion,and proposed between sectors,due to the damage of ecological environment caused by production and construction project as a top priority,as archive management areas.
