The Classification and Characteristics of the Internal Regulations of the Communist Party of China since the Reform and Opening-up

治国必先治党,理政必先理己。党内法规是中国共产党加强自身建设的重要方式和内容,也是实施依法治国和依法执政的必然要求。本文通过归纳改革开放以来中国共产党党内法规的分类,总结其特点,以期不断促进党内法规建设的规范化、科学化和民主化。

Administering the country must first rule the party.Inner-Party laws and regulations are an important method and content for strengthening the self-construction of the Chinese Communist Party,and are also an inevitable requirement for implementing the rule of law and the rule of law.Since the reform and opening up,the academic community has conducted a lot of research on the issues of the Chinese Communist Party's inner-party regulations.This article summarizes the characteristics of the Chinese Com-munist Party's internal laws and regulations after the reform and opening up and summarizes its character-istics,in order to continuously promote the standardization,scientific and democratization of the construc-tion of the party's internal laws and regulations.
