失独家庭的社会困境及其权利救济研究

The Research of Loss One-child Families' Social Dilemmas and Rights Supplements

由于失独家庭其家庭成员承受的自身心理压力和社会压力都是巨大的,而我国在失独家庭的权利救济方面仍处于不断完善阶段,因而有必要对这一群体予以关注。本文通过四个方面研究了失独家庭这一特殊社会群体的社会困境,并探讨如何缓解或解决他们面对的困难。

The special group of loss one-child families are concerned by social.Since the loss one-child families'special causes the family members'psychological stress and social pressure are unparalleled.Meanwhile,the loss one-child families'rights supplements still in the stage of continuous improvement and the rights relief system is not fully established.This paper study on the loss one-child families'social dilemma from four aspects,and use a practical way to alleviate or solve the difficulties it faces in order to offer workable theory to explore the loss of single family social issues.
