摘要
本文针对当前师范生普遍存在的教育实践缺失问题,提出顶岗实习的教育实践形式。通过对"顶岗实习"的概念解读,分析了淮南师范学院开展扶贫顶岗实习实践探索的具体举措:高校、政府和中小学校三方合作,明确改革目标,确立工作任务,完善工作体系,加强组织管理,丰富实践内涵,建立激励机制。最后,集中呈现了师范生顶岗实习"炎刘模式"的丰富内涵和成果,明确了师资培养的实践路径。
In this paper,taking the certification of teachers'major as the research background,aiming at the current lack of educational practice in normal school students,we put forward the educational practice form of internship.Through the interpretation of the concept of post practice,analysis of the Huainan Nor-mal University to carry out poverty alleviation internship practice:Exploration of specific initiatives univer-sities,government and schools three party cooperation,and establish clear objectives of the reform tasks,improve the working system,strengthen the organization and management practice,rich connotation,estab-lish incentive mechanism.Finally,the rich connotation and achievements of the"YanLiu model"for the internship of normal students are presented,and the practice path of teacher training is clearly defined.
