植物生理学实验是一门实践性极强的实验课程,对相关生物学类专业大学生的知识、能力、素质的提高有积极作用。探讨了转型发展背景下地方高校进行课程改革和建设的必要性,并有针对性地提出了课程建设的具体方案和目标,通过积极地探索与实践,形成了以培养创新精神为根本、以培养应用能力为核心,不断优化课程设计,科学设置实验项目,建立多维多元化的考核方法的改革模式。

Plant physiology experiment is an experiment subject with strong practicality,and plays an important role in improving knowledge,competence,and quality of students concerning biology.The necessity of subject reform and construction under transition is discussed,and concrete program and objective of the subject is proposed.Through active exploration and and practice,a reformed multi-dimensional examination mode,with cultivating the innovation spirit as the base,applied competence as the core,optimizing the subject design and scientifically set experiment,is set up.
