铬系催化剂在容器树脂DMDH-6400生产中的应用

Application of chromium catalyst in production of container resin DMDH-6400

全密度聚乙烯装置采用Unipol气相流化床工艺,使用铬系UCAT-BA型催化剂,生产了4 L中空容器专用高密度聚乙烯DMDH-6400。该产品呈乳白色的圆柱状颗粒,粒子的尺寸在任意方向应为2~5 mm,具有良好的机械性能、热力性能及瓶子性质和加工性能,适用于容器制品生产,具有广泛的用途。

Daqing FDPE Plant utilizes UNIPOL Gas Phase Fluidized bed Process to produce high density resin DMDH-6400 for the 4L hollow container using the chromium UCAT-BA catalyst.The product is milky-white cylindrical particles,the particle size should be 2~5mm in any direction.The product has good mechanical properties,thermal properties and bottle properties and processing properties and has a little smell and taste.It is suitable for container inclusive of drink,juice,water bottle,etc.
