摘要
某腈纶纺丝装置热牵伸工序凝结水疏水系统存在打水锤现象,对生产构成一定影响。文中通过对热牵伸工序凝结水疏水系统打水锤原因进行分析,得知疏水系统管线布局不合理,疏水器背压高、水阻大是打水锤的主要原因。通过重新设计疏水系统并对疏水器更新,解决了疏水系统打水锤问题。
In the hot drawing process of an acrylic fiber plant,hammering phenomenon occurred in the condensed water draining system,which caused some influence.Analysis was made to the causes for hammering of condensed water draining system in the hot drawing process.It was known that the main reasons are the unreasonable layout of pipelines of the water draining system,the high back pressure of the steam trap and high water resistance.By redesigning the steam trap system and upgrading the steam trap,the water hammering problem was solved.
