The termination tank is a key device to the polymerization unit.Fully uniform mixing of the polymer slurry and 2%concentration of NaOH can achieve the rapid termination of polymerization.The reasonable modification to the stirring shaft seal of the termination tank can effectively solve the problem of its seal failure,eliminate diffusion of the volatile materials such as acrylonitrile along the stirring shaft seal and realize the long period operation of the plant.
