摘要
文中分析了汽轮机齿轮减速箱运行时产生油烟的原因及油烟造成的影响,通过调整设备管道、增设冷凝缓冲罐对油烟进行冷凝回收,有效的降低了汽轮机组润滑油损耗率,延长减速箱及轴承等部件的使用寿命。
In this paper the cause of oil smoke and the influence of oil smoke on steam turbine gearbox running are analyzed.The condensing buffer tank is added to condensate and recover the oil fume,which effectively reduces the lubricating oil loss rate of the steam turbine unit,and extends the speed reducer and the bearing.
