This paper introduced the problems existed in HSE management system of petrochemical engineering enterprises,and put forward relevant improvement measures aiming at these problems,which include continuously strengthening risk prevention and control ability construction,highly paying attention to environmental risk;increasing contractor admittance threshold,intensifying overall process supervision,further promoting HSE standardization construction and tamping safety and environmental basis.
