基于柯氏模型构建糖尿病专科护士培训效果的评价体系

The evaluation system of training effect applied in diabetes specialist nurses was built based on the Kirkpatrick model

目的探讨以柯氏模型为基础,运用德尔菲法构建糖尿病专科护士培训效果评价体系的方法。方法 2016年1月至2017年5月对20名专家进行两轮函询,以确定糖尿病专科护士培训效果评价指标。结果通过两轮专家函询,形成了4个一级指标,14个二级指标,50个三级指标。两轮专家问卷的有效回收率均为100%;专家权威系数为0.806;一、二、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.25,0.32,0.20,经检验差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病专科护士培训效果评价指标的专家咨询意见趋于一致,研究结果科学、客观,可以为糖尿病专科护士的培养、考核、评价提供依据。

Objective To discuss the method of evaluation system of training effect of diabetes specialist nurses using Delphi method based on Kirkpatrick model.Methods From January 2016 to May 2017,to select 20 experts to conduct two rounds of correspondence to determine the evaluation indicators for the training effect of diabetic specialist nurses.Results Through two rounds of expert correspondence,4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 50 third-level indexes were developed.The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert questionnaires was 100%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.806;the coordination coefficients of the first,second and third level indexes were 0.25,0.32 and 0.20 respectively,and the differences between them were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The experts consulting opinion about evaluation index of training effects for diabetes specialist nurse tended to agree,the research results was scientific and objective,which can provide basis for the training,examination and evaluation of diabetes specialist nurse.
