供应室护士职业损伤原因分析与防护

Cause analysis and protection on occupational injuries for nurses in storage and supply room

目的探讨供应室护士发生职业损伤的原因和具体的防护措施。方法选择2016年2月至2017年2月在我院供应室工作的护士30名进行研究。通过设定好的调查问卷统计这些护士发生职业损伤的种类、频次;调查发生损伤的护士损伤发生后的处理方式。结果供应室护士发生职业损害的危险因素之中,最重要的是尖锐物体带来的损伤以及紫外线引起的损伤,部分护士发生锐器损伤后处理方式不正确。结论供应室护士面临多重危险因素,其中较重要的是锐利器械损伤和紫外线引起的损伤,应该多加强这些方面的保护力度,对在供应室工作的护士多进行这些方面的培训,尤其是损伤发生后的处理,规范护理操作流程,从而降低危险因素对护理人员的伤害,保护其安全。

Objective To discuss the cause of occupational injuries and specific protection measures for nurses in storage and supply room.Methods To select 30 nurses working in our hospital's storage and supply room from February 2016 to February 2017 to conduct the study.By means of given questionnaires,the types and frequencies of occupational injuries that these nurses have occurred were counted;and the manner in which the injured nurses were treated after injury occurs was investigated.Results Of the risk factors for occupational injuries among nurses in the storage and supply room,the most important were the injuries caused by sharp objects and the damage caused by ultraviolet rays.Some nurses treated inaccurately on injuries caused by sharp objects.Conclusion Nurses in storage and supply rooms were faced with multiple risk factors.The more important ones were sharp instruments damage and damage caused by ultraviolet rays.These aspects should be strengthened to provide more protections to nurses working in the storage and supply room,especially after injury occurred.Regulate the nursing operation process to reduce the harm of risk factors to nursing staff and protect their safety.
