风险评估指导的家属健康教育对慢性心力衰竭卧床患者的效果研究

Study on the effect of family member' health education on patients with chronic heart failure lying in bed under the guidance of risk assessment

目的研究风险评估指导的家属健康教育对卧床慢性心力衰竭患者的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2017年7月70例卧床慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规护理;观察组在对照组的基础上进行风险评估指导的家属健康教育护理。比较两组患者护理前后的生存质量、不良情况发生率及患者、家属满意度。结果护理前两组的生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组的生存质量评分高于对照组,不良情况发生率低于对照组,患者及家属满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险评估指导的家属健康教育对卧床慢性心力衰竭患者的应用效果较好,对患者的不良情况及生存质量均有控制与改善作用,更受患者及家属的认可。

Objective To study the effect of family member’health education on patients with chronic heart failure lying in bed under the guidance of risk assessment.Methods To select 70 cases of patients with chronic heart failure lying in bed as research object from June 2016 to July 2017,randomly divide them into control group and observation group.The control group was given regular nursing,while the observation group was given family member’health education nursing under the guidance of risk assessment based on the control group’s treatment.The quality of life,the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of patients and family members before and after receiving nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Compared the two groups of the nursing quality of life score before receiving nursing,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Quality of life score of the observation group after receiving nursing was higher than that of the control group,incidence of adverse situation was lower than the control group,the patient and family satisfaction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family member’health education under the guidance of risk assessment for patients with chronic heart failure lying in bed had good application effect,adverse conditions and quality of life of the patients with both control and improvement,more recognized by patients and their families.
