早期康复护理对髋关节置换术患者康复效果与自理能力的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation effectiveness and self-care ability of patients after accepted hip joint replacement

目的探讨早期康复护理对髋关节置换术患者康复效果及自理能力的影响。方法选择我院2013年3月至2017年3月收治的116例行髋关节置换术的患者作为研究对象,按照数字表随机分组法将其分为观察组64例和对照组52例,对照组采用传统康复干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上实施早期康复护理,比较两组患者术后髋关节功能、日常生活能力、健康教育知识掌握情况。结果观察组术后3个月髋关节功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月日常生活能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者健康教育知识掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理能有效促进患者术后髋关节功能恢复,提高患者自我护理能力。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation effectiveness and self-care ability of patients after accepted hip joint replacement.Methods To select 116 patients accepted hip joint replacement,were admitted into our hospital as subjects from March 2013 to March 2017.They were divided into observation group,64 cases and control group,52 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given traditional rehabilitation intervention,while the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group and compared hip joint function,activity of daily living,and the knowledge of health education after receiving surgery.Results The hip joint function recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group in 3 months after receiving surgery(P<0.05).The observation group had higher activity of daily living than the control group in 3 months after receiving surgery(P<0.05).The knowledge of health education in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote postoperative hip joint function recovery and improve patients'self-care ability.
