自我效能干预在癌症疼痛患者护理管理中的应用

The application of self-efficacy intervention in nursing management of cancer pain patients

目的探讨自我效能干预在癌症疼痛患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法将我科2016年10月至2017年3月收治的62例癌症疼痛患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组在常规护理管理的基础上实施自我效能干预,比较两组患者护理前后一般自我效能表(GSES)评分、生活质量各项指标评分及数字评分法(NRS)疼痛评估疼痛缓解情况。结果护理后观察组患者GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量各项指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛缓解程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自我效能干预在癌症疼痛患者护理中应用,不仅能够提高自我效能感,更有效改善患者生活质量,同时也缓解患者疼痛程度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of self-efficacy intervention in nursing management of cancer pain patients.Methods In October 2016 to March 2017,to select 62 patients with cancer pain,randomly divided them into control group and observation group,control group was given conventional nursing management,observation group was given self-efficacy intervention on the basis of conventional nursing management,compared two groups’the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,various indicators score on quality of life and numeric rating scale(NRS)pain assessment and pain relief situation before and after receiving nursing.Results After patients receiving nursing,the GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life index scores were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of pain relief was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-efficacy intervention in patients with cancer pain,can not only improve the self-efficacy,more effectively improve patient quality of life,but also alleviate patients’pain degree,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
