患者分类系统在泌尿外科护理人力资源配置中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过患者分类系统(PCS),探讨泌尿外科护理人力资源配置的科学性,为泌尿外科护理人力资源合理配置提供理论依据。方法在患者病情严重程度的基础上,依据混合型泌尿外科分类量表对患者进行分类,根据患者所需护理时数,计算每类患者护士配备系数,进而得出我科需要配备护士人数。结果根据患者病情严重程度将患者分为3类,按照混合型泌尿外科分类量表计算出每类患者的配备系数分别为0.15,0.36,0.53;每类患者每日需要配备护士数为一类患者人数×0.15,二类患者人数×0.36,三类患者人数×0.53;临床实际工作中护士人数远不能满足实际患者应该配备数量。结论建立泌尿外科患者分类系统为患者分类提供了客观量化指标,能够指导护理人力资源科学配置。 Objective To explore the science of urology nursing human resources allocation through the patient classification system(PCS),the theoretical basis for the rational allocation of urology nursing human resources was provided by this research.Methods On the basis of the severity of the patient’s condition,the patients were classified according to the classification of mixed urological classification scale.According to the number of nursing care required by the patient,the nurses’allocation coefficient for each type of patient was calculated,and the number of nurses needed in our department was obtained.Results According to the severity of the patients,the patients were divided into 3 groups.According to the mixed urological classification scale,the equipping coefficient of each type of patients was calculated to be 0.15,0.36 and 0.53 respectively.The number of nurses for each type of patients was calculated by the following methods:the number of patients in the first type×0.15,the number of patients in the second type×0.36,and the number of patients in the third type×0.53.The number of nurses in clinical practice was far from meeting the actual number of patients who should be equipped.Conclusion The establishment of classification system for urological patients provides objective quantitative indicators for patient classification and can guide the scientific allocation of nursing human resources.
