社区老年H型高血压患病率及中医证型分布特点与相关因素研究

A study on relationship between prevalence of hypertension and characteristics of TCM syndromes in community elderly

目的:调查社区60岁以上老年人H型高血压患病率,并对其中医证型分布特点和相关性进行分析研究。方法:筛查年龄60岁以上的社区老年高血压患者,进行调查研究。采用自行设计的调查问卷,并进行体格检查和实验室检查,对老年H型高血压患病率及中医证型和Hcy、ba PWV关联性进行比较分析。结果:本筛查共纳入老年高血压患者1795例,其中H型患者1242例,占总高血压人群的69.19%。中医证型的分布特点:阴阳两虚证、痰湿壅盛证为其主要证型,虚证以阴阳两虚证为主,实证以痰湿壅盛证为主。痰湿壅盛证Hcy水平最高,阴阳两虚证ba PWV值最大,中医各证型与Hcy、ba PWV有一定的关联性。结论:社区老年高血压人群H型高血压患病率较高,阴阳两虚证和痰湿壅盛证为其主要证型,中医各证型与Hcy、ba PWV有一定的关联性。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of hypertension in the community over the age of 60,and analyze the distribution characteristics and correlation of TCM syndromes.Methods:Elderly hypertensive patients over 60 years old were screened and investigated.By using self-designed questionnaire,physical examination and laboratory tests were recorded,and the prevalence of hypertension in elderly and TCM syndromes and Hcy,baPWV were comparatively analyzed.Results:1795 elderly hypertensive patients were enrolled in this screening,including 1242 H-type patients,accounting for 69.19%.TCM syndromes are characterized by the Yinyang Liangxu syndrome(阴阳两虚证),phlegm dampness syndrome.In phlegm dampness syndrome,Hcy level was the highest.In the Yinyang Liangxu syndrome,baPWV maximum was highest.TCM syndromes and Hcy,baPWV have some relevance.Conclusion:The prevalence of hypertension in community elderly is high.The Yinyang Liangxu syndrome and phlegm dampness syndrome are the main syndrome types.There are some correlations between TCM syndrome types and Hcy and baPWV.
