摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的效果。方法:随机将我院2016年1月-2017年1月收治的96例COPD急性加重期患者分为两组,每组48例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予三子养亲汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组肺功能指标、血气分析指标以及总有效率等指标均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗COPD急性加重期效果理想,可有效改善患者的肺功能,安全可靠,值得临床中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of the integrative medicine on acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods:96 patients were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine;the observation group was treated with the Sanzi Yangqin decoction(三子养亲汤)more.Results:After treatment,the indexes of lung function,blood gas analysis and total efficiency in the observation group were significantly better(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on AECOPD can effectively improve the lung function,is safe and reliable,and worth promoting.
