双黄连口服液治疗细菌性呼吸道感染的疗效与安全性观察

Observation on treating bacterial respiratory infection with the Shuanghuanglian oral liquid

目的:研究双黄连口服液治疗细菌性呼吸道感染的疗效与安全性。方法:选取2015年12月-2016年11月于我院接受治疗的68例细菌性呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法的形式平均分为实验组与对照组,每组各34例患者。对照组患者给予头孢呋辛钠静滴治疗,实验组患者给予双黄连口服液药物治疗。比较两组患者的各项临床指标、治疗效果及临床不良反应情况。结果:实验组患者的各项临床指标均显著优于对照组患者,总治疗有效率高于对照组患者,不良反应发生率低于对照组患者,组间差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双黄连口服液治疗细菌性呼吸道感染的临床疗效显著且安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study the safety and efficacy of the Shuanghuanglian oral liquid(双黄连口服液)on bacterial respiratory infection.Methods:68 patients with bacterial respiratory tract infection who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the experiment group and control group,34 patients in each.Patients in the control group were treated with cefuroxime sodium intravenously,while patients in the experimental group were treated with the Shuanghuanglian oral liquid.Results:The clinical indexes in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group.The total efficiency was higher than the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shuanghuanglian oral liquid is effective on bacterial respiratory infection,with high safety,and is worth popularizing and applying.
