温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤在高血压治疗中的应用及临床价值研究

The application and value of the Wendan decoction plus the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on hypertension

目的:观察分析温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤在高血压治疗中的应用及临床价值。方法:选择我院在2015年5月-2016年11月收治的110例高血压患者作为本次研究对象,采取随机分组法将其分为对照组55例和观察组55例,对照组患者使用常规西药治疗,观察组患者使用温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果:经过治疗,研究组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后舒张压与收缩压明显优于治疗前,且观察组患者显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为9.09%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为34.54%,观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压患者采取温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,效果显著,能显著降低患者血压,且不良反应发生率低,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广及研究。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical application and value of the Wendan decoction(温胆汤)plus the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)on hypertension.Methods:110 patients were randomly divided into the control group(55 cases)and observation group(55 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine;the observation group was treated with the Wendan decoction plus the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction.The efficacy in groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared before treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in groups were significantly better than before treatment;and those in the observation group was significantly better than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.09%in the observation group,and significantly lower than 34.54%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wendan decoction and the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on hypertensive shows a significant effect,can significantly reduce the blood pressure,with low incidence of adverse reactions,safe and reliable,and is worth popularizing and studying.
