探讨中药热敷联合康复治疗对中风后偏瘫上肢痉挛的疗效

Efficacy of hot compress with TCM medicine plus rehabilitation on upper extremity spasticity after stroke

目的:探讨中药热敷联合康复治疗对中风后偏瘫上肢痉挛的疗效。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年6月阳春市人民医院收治的病例数共160例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组患者80例,对照组采用综合康复手段进行治疗,观察组采用综合康复治疗联合中药热敷进行治疗,对比分析两组患者VAS评分、FMA评分、Barthel指数和治疗效果。结果:在相关指标对比中,研究组患者在VAS评分、FMA评分及Barthel指数中均明显优于对照组,组间对比差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),在治疗效果对比中,研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.25%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为77.50%,经统计学对比分析差异有意义(χ2=12.3330,P=0.0004)。结论:中药热敷联合康复治疗对中风后偏瘫上肢痉挛患者的治疗效果较好,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of TCM medicine plus rehabilitation on upper extremity spasticity after stroke.Methods:160 cases were divided into the study group and control group according to random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated by comprehensive rehabilitation.The observation group was treated by hot compress with TCM medicine.Results:The VAS score,FMA score and Barthel index in the study group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the total effective rate was 96.25%.And the total effective rate was 77.50%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.3330,P=0.0004).Conclusion:TCM medicine plus rehabilitation on upper extremity spasticity after stroke was more effective,with high clinical value.
