急性脑梗死中西医结合治疗临床分析

An analysis of treating 45 cases of acute cerebral infarction in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的临床价值。方法:90例脑梗死患者随机分为中西医结合组及单纯西医组各45例,单纯西医组应用阿司匹林抗血小板聚集、尼莫地平防止脑血管痉挛及脱水、预防感染等处理,中西医结合组在其基础上加自拟中药汤剂:水蛭4g,天麻20g,三七4g,郁金12g,牛黄2g,黄芪20g,血竭3g,毛冬青30g,川芎15g,川牛膝15g。每日1剂,煎服,两组均治疗半个月为一个疗程。结果:入院时两组NIHSS评分[(19.04±4.15)VS(19.15±4.08)],无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗1个疗程后中西医结合组NIHSS评分为(12.01±3.26)分,低于单纯西医组的(14.92±3.50)分(P<0.05);总有效率为97.78%,高于单纯西医组的88.89%(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死较单纯西医显示了更好的疗效,特别是对预后的改善发挥了较好的作用,值得临床使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the integrative medicine on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:90 cases were randomly divided into the western medicine group and integrative medicine group,45 cases in each.The western medicine group was treated with aspirin to anti platelet aggregation,nimodipine to prevent cerebral vasospasm and dehydration,prevention of infection and so on;the integrative medicine group was treated in the integrative medicine,once daily,half a month as a course.Results:At the time of admission,NIHSS scores in two groups were(19.04±4.15)and(19.15±4.08)respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After 1 course,NIHSS score in the integrative medicine group was(12.01±3.26),and lower than(14.92±3.50)in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the integrative medicine group was 97.78%,and higher than 88.89%in the integrative medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on acute cerebral infarction shows a better effect,can promote the recovery of neurological function,and is worthy of clinical application.
