丹红注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者50例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of lumbar disc herniation with the Danhong injection

目的:观察应用丹红注射液治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:笔者用丹红注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例,与甘露醇治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例进行临床对照观察。结果:治疗组的显著好转率及总有效率分别为76%、92%,明显高于对照组(64%、88%),两者存在显著性差异(P<0.05),同时两组治疗前后的血液流变学也存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的血液流变学有一定的影响,其临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe efficacy of the Danhong injection(丹红注射液)on lumbar disc herniation of the Qizhi Xueyu type(气滞血瘀型).Methods:The Danhong injection was applied in treating 50 cases of lumbar disc herniation.The other 50 cases were given mannitol.Results:The significant improvement rate and total efficiency in the treatment group were 76%and 92%,respectively,were significantly higher than 64%and 88%in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in hemorheology between before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Danhong injection was effective on the hemorrheology in patients with lumbar disc herniation with the Qizhi Xueyu type.
