中医骨伤方法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果探究

The effect of TCM on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的:探究中医骨伤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:将在我院于2015年3月-2016年3月接受治疗的96例神经根型颈椎病患者纳入研究,以数学领域盲选法为依据将患者分成两组,各48例;对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者给予中医骨伤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率、视觉模拟评分、颈椎功能评分及血液流变学指标。结果:在治疗有效率上,观察组为93.75%,与对照组的72.92%相比明显更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在视觉模拟评分及颈椎功能评分指标上,观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分与对照组相比明显更低,观察组治疗后颈椎功能评分与对照组相比明显更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的过程中,给予中医骨伤治疗的效果良好,能提高治疗有效率,改善患者临床症状;因此,值得在临床治疗中推广及使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of TCM on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:96 patients were divided into two groups based on the blind method in mathematics field,48 cases in each.The control group was treated by routine treatment.The observation group was treated with TCM orthopedic treatment.The treatment efficiency,visual analogue scale,cervical function score and hemorheology indexes were compared between two groups.Results:The effective rate was 93.75%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 72.92%in the control group,with a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The cervical function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the differences between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,TCM shows a good effect,which can improve the efficiency of treatment and improve the clinical symptoms;therefore,it is worth to promote and application in clinical treatment.
