摘要 目的:分析中药饮片经不同炮制方法后的临床价值。方法:选取2015年3月-2017年3月在我院中西医科服用中药饮片治疗的患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例,对照组给予普通中药饮片进行治疗,观察组则给予经炮制后的中药饮片进行治疗,对比两组患者服用中药后临床疗效及不良发应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高达95.35%,对照组为81.40%(χ2=4.0737,P=0.0436);观察组仅有1例(2.33%)产生不良反应,对照组有6例(13.95%)(χ2=3.8879,P=0.0486)。结论:中药饮片经不同炮制方法后能有效提高临床疗效,且显著减少用药不良反应事件,增加药品安全性,具有较高临床推广价值。 Objective:To analyze the value of TCM decoction after different processing methods.Methods:86 patients were divided into the control group and observation group by random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group received ordinary TCM decoction.The observation group was given TCM decoction after processed.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 95.35%,and significantly higher than 81.40%in the control group(χ2=4.0737,P=0.0436).Only 1 patient(2.33%)in the observation group showed adverse reactions,and less 6 patients(13.95%)in the cantrol group,χ2=3.8879,P=0.0486.Conclusion:TCM decoction after different processing methods can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and reduce the adverse reactions,increase drug safety,with high clinical value.
