慢性乙肝合并非酒精性脂肪肝的相互影响及中医药治疗进展

The inter influence between CHB and NAFLD and the effect of TCM

乙型肝炎病毒感染是我国首要肝脏疾病,其中慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者有约2000万人。随着国民生活质量提高及饮食结构改变,非酒精性脂肪肝的发病率逐年上升,已成为我国第二大肝病类型。临床上常见CHB与NAFLD并存。本文就近年来CHB合并NAFLD流行病学、二者之间的相互影响及中药治疗进展进行浅述。

Hepatitis B virus infection is the most important liver disease in our country,about 20 million patients with chronic hepatitis B virus.With the improvement of the quality of life and the change of diet structure,the incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver has been increasing year by year,and has become the second largest liver disease in our country.The coexistence of CHB and NAFLD is common in the clinic.The inter influence between CHB and NAFLD and the effect of TCM on the coexistence of CHB and NAFLD were briefly discussed.
