中医正骨联合温针灸及中药治疗腰椎间盘突出的可行性分析

A feasibility analysis of treating lumbar disc herniation by TCM bone setting and warm acupuncture plus TCM medicine

目的:探讨中医正骨联合温针灸及中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可行性。方法:将我院收治的98例腰椎间盘突出患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予中医正骨联合温针灸治疗,治疗组给予中医正骨联合温针灸及中药治疗,对两组临床疗效进行评价。结果:两组治疗前的JOA评分(腰椎功能评分)比较,不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后的JOA评分为(24.49±4.21)分,较对照组的(18.53±4.72)分高(P<0.05),治疗效果优良率为93.8%,较对照组患者的81.6%高(P<0.05)。结论:中医正骨联合温针灸及中药治疗腰椎间盘突出能够有效改善患者腰椎功能,疗效确切,应用可行性高。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of TCM bone setting and warm acupuncture plus TCM medicine on treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods:98 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was treated by TCM bone setting and warm acupuncture.The treatment group was treated with TCM medicine more.Results:The JOA scores before treatment between two groups was no significantly difference(P>0.05).The JOA score in the treatment group was(24.49±4.21),and higher than(18.53±4.72)in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was 93.8%,and higher than 81.6%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM bone setting and warm acupuncture plus TCM medicine on lumbar disc herniation shows a curative effect,can effectively improve the lumbar vertebrae function,with a high feasibility.
