自拟颈痛胶囊结合俯卧位整复推拿及针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Observation on treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with the Jingtong capsule, rehabilitation massage plus acupuncture

目的:探讨自拟颈痛胶囊结合俯卧位整复推拿及针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病近远期疗效。方法:本次选取来本院就诊的神经根型颈椎病患者,其中给予口服自拟颈痛胶囊、银质针拟施行银针经筋理论取穴报刺法结合俯卧位颈椎定点斜扳复位治疗的75例,作为观察组;选择同期在我院康复科门诊或住院神经根型颈椎病患者75例实施常规颈椎牵引、推拿、针灸等方法,作为对照组。两组均由同一组人员实施治疗。治疗后2周及半年随访观察疗效,观察两组神经根型颈椎病治疗效果,进行整理分析得出结果。结果:比较两组患者治疗2周后的临床疗效,观察组治疗总有效率为88.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为78.67%,两组比较差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:采用口服自拟颈痛胶囊配合银针经筋理论取穴报刺法结合俯卧位颈椎定点斜扳复位治疗颈型颈椎病的效果显著,并且能够有效提高患者生活质量,容易使患者接受,具有广泛的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the short-term and long-term effects of the Jingtong capsule(颈痛胶囊),massage plus acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:75 cases in the observation group were treated with the Jingtong capsule,massage plus acupuncture.The control group of 75 cases was given conventional cervical traction,massage,acupuncture and other methods.Two groups were treated by the same doctors.The effect was observed and analyzed after 2 weeks and 6 months.Results:After 2 weeks,the efficiency was 88.00%in the observation group and 78.67%in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jingtong capsule,massage plus acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was significantly effective,can improve the quality of life,is easy to be accepted and has a wide clinical application value.
