急性期周围性面瘫患者采取针灸治疗的可行性探讨

The feasibility exploration on treating peripheral facial paralysis in acute period by acupuncture

目的:探析针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫患者的临床效果。方法:选择2015年5月-2017年5月本院急性期周围性面瘫患者70例,依据随机原则将全部患者平均分成对照组35例,利用西医方法治疗,观察组35例,选择中医针灸方法治疗,比较效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,对照组治疗总有效率为77.14%。结论:急性期周围性面瘫患者采取针灸治疗能够更明显改善面瘫症状,值得广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis in acute period.Methods:70 cases were divided into the control group and observation group,35 cases in each.The control group was given the western medicine.The observation group was given acupuncture.The effects were compared.Results:The total efficiency was 97.14%in the observation group and 77.14%in the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis in acute period can significantly improve the symptoms,and is worthy of application.
