摘要
目的:探讨脐针疗法配合放血疗法治疗中风后肩痛的临床疗效。方法:将我科37例中风后肩痛的患者用脐针疗法配合局部放血疗法进行治疗,2周后观察患者的疗效。结果:37例患者全部有效,且总有效率达到100%。结论:脐针配合放血疗法改善中风后肩痛疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of umbilical acupuncture plus bloodletting therapy on shoulder pain after apoplexy.Methods:37 patients with shoulder pain after apoplexy were treated by umbilical acupuncture plus local bloodletting therapy.Results:2 weeks later,the curative effect was observed,and the total effective rate reached 100%.Conclusion:Umbilical acupuncture plus bloodletting therapy on shoulder pain after apoplexy can improve the curative effect,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
