真方白丸子加减活血化瘀治疗中风

Treating stroke with Zhenfang Baiwanzi

目的:探究真方白丸子加减活血化瘀治疗中风的疗效。方法:选择我院自2014年4月-2017年1月收治的30例中风患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组15例,对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合真方白丸子加减法进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组中4例基本恢复,5例显著进步,3例为进步,2例稍进步,1例为无变化,没有出现恶化的患者,有效率为93.33%(14/15);对照组中2例基本恢复,4例显著进步,3例稍进步,2例进步,3例无变化,1例出现恶化,有效率为73.33%(11/15),两组对比,P<0.05。结论:对于中风患者采用真方白丸子加减活血化瘀治疗的效果是肯定的,且对机体也没有明显的损害,值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Zhenfang Baiwanzi(真方白丸子)on stroke.Methods:30 cases were divided into the control group and observation group,15 cases in each.The control group was given the conventional western medicine.The observation group was given Zhenfang Baiwanzi more.The efficacy was compared.Results:In the observation group,4 cases were recovery.5 cases were significantly effective.3 cases were effective.2 cases were a little effective.1 case was invalid.No case was deteriorated.The efficiency was 93.33%.In the control group,2 cases were recovery;4 cases were significantly effective;3 cases were effective;2 cases were a little effective;3 cases were invalid;1 case was deteriorated.The efficiency was 73.33%.The difference between two groups was significant.Conclusion:Zhenfang Baiwanzi on stroke shows a good effect,did not show no obvious damage to the organism,and is worthy of reference.
