生脉注射液联合西药常规治疗慢性心力衰竭并低血压的临床研究

Clinical observation on treating chronic heart failure and hypotension with the Shengmai injection plus conventional western medicine

目的:分析研究生脉注射液联合西药常规治疗慢性心力衰竭并低血压的临床效果。方法:选取本院2015年2月-2017年2月间收治的60例慢性心力衰竭并低血压患者,根据随机数字表法平均分为两组,对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组采取常规西药加生脉注射液治疗,各30例。比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗后心功能指标以及血压水平。结果:观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的心功能指标(LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD、NT-pro BNP)与血压水平(SBP、DBP)均明显优于治疗前以及对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均未见药物所致严重不良反应。结论:生脉注射液联合西药常规治疗慢性心力衰竭并低血压的疗效显著,可有效改善患者心功能,稳定血压水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the Shengmai injection(生脉注射液)with conventional western medicine on chronic heart failure and hypotension.Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups according to random number table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with the Shengmai injection more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function indexes(LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD,NT-proBNP)and blood pressure(SBP,DBP)were better than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).No adverse drug reactions was found in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The Shengmai injection with western medicine on chronic heart failure and hypotension was effecitve,by effectively improving cardiac function,steadying blood pressure levels,and is worthy of clinical application.
