八珍益母胶囊治疗气血两虚兼血瘀型月经不调的临床疗效及对雌激素水平的影响

The efficacy of the Bazhen Yimu capsule on irregular menstruation of the Qiyin Liangxu and Xueyu type and the level of estrogen

目的:探讨八珍益母胶囊治疗气血两虚兼血瘀型月经不调的治疗效果。方法:选取华星光电社康2015年1月-2016年12月收治的华星光电有限公司401例气血两虚兼血瘀型月经不调女性工人为研究对象,根据用药方案分组,对照组67例接受常规雌激素周期疗法治疗,观察组334例在对照组基础上服用八珍益母胶囊,对两组患者疗效及雌激素水平进行观察。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为94.91%,对照组为73.13%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)雌激素水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者雌激素水平均有改善,且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八珍益母胶囊可有效治疗气血两虚兼血瘀型月经不调,能调节雌激素水平,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Bazhen Yimu capsule(八珍益母胶囊)on irregular menstruation of the Qiyin Liangxu and Xueyu type(气血两虚兼血瘀型).Methods:401 cases were grouped according to drug regimens.The control group(67 cases)was received conventional estrogen cycle therapy,while the observation group(334 cases)was taken the Bazhen Yimu capsule more.The clinical effects and estrogen level in groups were observed.Results:The total efficiency was 94.91%in the observation group and 73.13%in the control group;the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in P,LH,E2 levels between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the estrogen levels in groups were improved;the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bazhen Yimu capsule on irregular menstruation of the Qiyin Liangxu and Xueyu type shows a better effect,can regulate the level of estrogen,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
