黄芪注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛临床效果研究

Clinical efficacy of the Huangqi injection on stable angina pectoris

目的:观察黄芪注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛(SAP)的临床疗效及对血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:选取SAP住院患者218例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组108例,观察组110例,对照组给予常规治疗,即给予休息、吸氧、扩冠、抗凝、抗血小板等治疗。观察组在常规治疗基础上,加用黄芪注射液30ml加入5%GNS溶液250ml中,静脉滴注,1次/d,10d为一个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程,治疗前后均做心电图及血浆hs-CRP测定。结果:黄芪注射液可以明显提高SAP患者临床疗效,降低血浆hs-CRP水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗SAP基础上联合应用黄芪注射液,不仅能缓解症状,还可改善或消除冠心病发生、发展的病理基础及致病因素,对冠心病的远期疗效和预后意义重大。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Huangqi injection(黄芪注射液)on SAP and hs-CRP.Methods:218 cases were divided into the control group and observation group,108 cases in the control group and 110 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was given the Huangqi injection more,10 days as a course,for two courses.ECG and hs-CRP were measured before and after treatment.Results:The Huangqi injection can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce level of hs-CRP.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huangqi injection and routine treatment can relieve symptoms,improve or eliminate the pathological basis and pathogenic factors of the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease,with a significant significance for long-term curative effects and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
