补中益气汤改善晚期恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏的临床探讨

Effects of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction on cancer related fatigue and quality of life in patients with advanced malignant tumor

目的:探讨补中益气汤治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者对患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2014年1月-2016年12月的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用对症及甲地孕酮联合治疗,观察组在此基础上采用补中益气汤联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的Piper疲乏量表及生活质量量表(QLQ-30)评分。结果:在治疗前两组患者的PFS评分和QLQ-30生活质量各项得分及总分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗后两组的Piper评分和QLQ-30生活质量各项得分及总分均较治疗前出现改善(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组的PFS评分和QLQ-30生活质量各项得分及总分优于对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗的基础上加用补中益气汤治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者对改善患者的CRF及生活质量具有较好的临床效果。

Objective:To explore the effects of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)on cancer related fatigue and quality of life in patients with advanced malignant tumor.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by the treatment for symptoms plus methyl-progesterone,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction more.Results:Before the treatment,PFS,the score of each project and the total scores of QLQ-30 which relative to the quality of life did not show statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The all scores in two groups were improved after the treatment,which in the observation group were better than the control group,with a statistical significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine plus the Buzhong Yiqi decoction on advanced malignant tumor and quality of life is more effective.
