步长稳心颗粒联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗心血管神经症的临床观察

Observation on treating cardiovascular neurosis with the Buchang Wenxin granule plus calcitriol capsules

目的:分析步长稳心颗粒联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗心血管神经症的临床效果。方法:本研究选取心血管神经症患者100例,随机均分为对照组和研究组,对照组用常规西药治疗,研究组用步长稳心颗粒联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗,比较分析两组患者临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患者治疗有效率为98.0%,而对照组为84.0%;研究组生活质量评分因子(精神健康、情感职能、社会功能的)的得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为8.0%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:长稳心颗粒联合骨化三醇胶丸对心血管神经症患者的治疗效果显著,用药后患者的生活质量较高,不良反应少且发生率较低,该种用药治疗方法值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the Buchang Wenxin granule(步长稳心颗粒)plus calcitriol capsule on cardiovascular neurosis.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The study group was treated with the Buchang Wenxin granule plus calcitriol capsule.The efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed in groups.Results:The efficiency was 98.0%in the study group and 84.0%in the control group.The quality of life score(mental health,emotional function,social function)in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.0%,significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buchang Wenxin granule plus calcitriol capsule on cardiovascular neurosis shows a significant effect,with high quality of life and less adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical promotion.
