活血化浊汤、依达拉奉联合使用对脑梗塞的治疗效果观察

Observation on treating cerebral infarction with the Huoxue Huazhuo decoction plus edaravone

目的:研讨脑梗塞患者合用活血化浊汤与依达拉奉治疗的临床价值。方法:将我院收治且符合标准的70例脑梗塞患者随机均分为两组,Ⅰ组单纯使用依达拉奉治疗,Ⅱ组同时配合中药活血化浊汤温服,对比评估两组施治1个疗程后取得的效果。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ组施治后各取得71.4%和88.6%的总有效率,Ⅱ组显著高于Ⅰ组,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。施治前,两组接受NIHSS量表评测,结果相比差异不显著(P>0.05),施治后,Ⅱ组评测值明显高于Ⅰ组,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗塞患者运用活血化浊汤与依达拉奉治疗有确切药效,且可明显减轻患者的神经缺损状况,值得推荐。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Huoxue Huazhuo decoction(活血化浊汤)plus edaravone on cerebral infarction.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into two groups.GroupⅠwas treated with edaravone only.GroupⅡwas treated with the Huoxue Huazhuo decoction more.Results:The total efficiency was 71.4%in groupⅠ,lower than 88.6%in groupⅡ(P<0.05).After treatment,the measured values of NIHSS measurement in groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in groupⅠ(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Huazhuo decoction plus edaravone on cerebral infarction was effective,by obviously reducing neurological deficits.
