中西医结合治疗重度直肠前突合并直肠内脱垂型便秘的临床研究

A clinical study on treating astriction of severe rectocele plus internalrectalprolapse type in the integrative medicine

目的:研究中西医结合治疗重度直肠前突合并直肠内脱垂型便秘的方法及效果。方法:选择2014年6月-2016年6月医院收治的重度直肠前突合并直肠内脱垂型便秘患者,共46例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组23例。对照组患者单独采用传统西医方法进行治疗,观察组患者采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果,并对比两组患者治疗后发生不良反应的概率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组患者的65.22%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.35%,低于对照组患者的30.44%(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合的方法治疗重度直肠前突合并直肠内脱垂型便秘,能够取得更为理想的临床效果。

Objective:To study the efficacy of the integrative medicine on astriction of severe rectocele plus internalrectalprolapse.Methods:46 cases were selected and divided into the control group and observation group,23 cases in each.The control group was given thewestern medicine.The observation group was given the integrative medicine.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was 95.65%and higher than 65.22%in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 4.35%and lower than 30.44%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated medicine on astriction of severe rectocele plusi nternalrectalprolapse shows a better effect in clinic.
