中西医结合治疗跟骨骨折疗效及安全性评价

Efficacy and safety of treating calcaneal fracture in the integrated medicine

目的:针对中西医结合治疗跟骨骨折的疗效和安全性进行研究。方法:我院2015年7月-2016年9月纳入50例跟骨骨折的患者,根据随机分配的方式分为实验组和对照组,各组25例患者。对照组进行常规的西医手术治疗,实验组进行常规西医手术治疗的基础上结合中医治疗,比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组的治疗效果显著好于对照组,实验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),患者均没有出现较明显的不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗跟骨骨折治疗效果明显,患者恢复较好,无不良反应。

Objective:To study the safety and efficacy of the integrated medicine on calcaneal fracture.Methods:50 cases from July 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,25 cases in each.The control group was given the surgical treatment of conventional western medicine.The experimental group was given the integrated medicine.The efficacy between the groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The efficacy in the experimental group was obvious better than the control group.The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:The integrated medicine on calcaneal fracture shows a significant effect,with a better recovery,and no adverse side effects.
